Implement NBT format
Provide ways of parsing and writing NBT + an api for serializing and deserializing custom data structures to and from NBT.
Chunk loading
Design and implement a basic system for loading chunks from region files. Also design an api for accessing chunks and modifying chunks.
Implement player joining
This separates into two tasks:
- Sending
JoinGamewhich involves a bunch of registry stuff - Sending initial chunks and the position
Since chunkloading is, for the most part, done, this tasks is mainly dealing with and sending the registry stuff. So more recompiling data...
Project skeleton
Lay out basic structure and make some arbitrary and definitely not final decisions on how concurrency will be handled.
