This gives us more perf parity with actual Obj-C, which is capable of baking selectors into the executable at buildtime.

This could be done through libclang (like https://github.com/floooh/objc-ast-experiments, except not through a JSON dump) or more unconventionally through objc_getClassList/class_copyMethodList. The latter is more brittle, it require running on the target device itself, which doesn't engage well with cross-compilation environments (and iOS is inherently cross-compilative)
