Action Required: Fix Renovate Configuration

[ToDo] LiteLoaderQQNT 系的打包问题

扭曲的打包情况
上游在 1.2.0 更新中修改了preload 的加载方式，我不是很确定这些 preload*.js 文件的生成以及后续打包处理的方法，并且仍需要解决 LiteloaderQQNT 的本体目录以及 QQ 的应用目录都需要权限(777)的问题。
