i am getting this error when i am running the app " Joining, by = "mo"

I noticed that the column order in your CSV data files are different from the one's in the README.md file. I'm not sure if this order is necessary?

I'm trying to run the radar app from rstudio but I'm getting an error on this line :

Apparently the column is.rsi.eligible does not exist on the microbiology dataset.
