스스로 답을 찾았습니다. 프로그램에 문제가 있는 것은 아니고, AWS 세팅에 문제가 있었습니다. 카카오비즈니스쪽의 폴백 오류는 AWS 람다함수가 작동하지 않으면 내보내는 에러로 카카오비즈니스 쪽에서 문제를 해결하려고 하면 안됩니다. 저의 경우는
일반 구성의 제한시간을 기본 3초에서 1분으로 늘려주면 되는 것이었습니다. 텔레그램쪽에서는 제한시간을 늘려주었었는데, 카카카오는 잊고 있었습니다. 혹시 안되는 경우 환경변수나 제한시간을 다시 검토해 보시면 좋을 것 같습니다.
