Hi @chibi03,
To help tracing the error can you provide us with the following information:
- bosh_cli version
- bosh-lite version (commit SHA)
- cf-release version (release or commit SHA)
- stemcell version
With that information, we'll try to reproduce your error and dig deeper into it.

@phlane hi thanks for your reply. My stemcell was corrupted, re-downloading it fixed the error. thanks!

I also saw this error after running provision_cf without curl installed. The provision failed, I installed curl, then hit this error. Turns out even though curl wasn't there an empty latest-bosh-stemcell-warden.tgz had been created.
