Do you want to create an example project in Swift or do you want to completely rewrite the library? Also I'd be glad to help!

I would to fix and add all the new feature in the next versions. After this, i would to create a new version, written in Swift (using Objective-c or C if i'm forced). I would to support only iOS 7 & 8, doing a replacement of GPUImage with the CIImage filters.
