The poisson equation requires for the modes (ix,iz) Dirichlet boundary conditions,
which are derived summing d/dx of the u-momentum equation and d/dz of the w-momentum equation.

If v at the wall is nonzero, you get all the terms d(v_du/dy)/dx and d(v_dw/dy)/dz in addition to the boundary condition.

Since you get a singularity for the mode (0,0), in this case you use Neumann boundary conditions, wihch are derived from the v-momentum equation. In this case, the additional term is v*dv/dy.
