To verify the functionality that you want, I wrote a test in r209.
Surprisingly, the test passes already, so I dont know what problem you are
running
into. Can you look at r209 and let me know if it does what you want? If not, how
should I modify the test? Also, feel free to suggest additional tests.

I think I fixed the issue that you raise by changing the object construction to
be a
lazy operation. This way it will done only if really needed.
See r210 for the details of the fix.

Thanks for your fix. It solves the problem.
Just FYI, there is difference that allows you to get your test running (before
fixes
where applied): I have FilterCondition class marked ABSTRACT (because only its
two
potential subclasses - ComplexCondition and BinaryCondition can be instantiated)
while your Base class is a CONCRETE type.

Reopening this bug as it seems like we still need to register a
"InstanceCreator"
even though a customer deserializer is registered.

After the original fix, this bug was reopened and was a duplicate to Issue 69.
Remarking as fixed since issue 69 is now fixed.
