Provide an option to not copy ACLs when 'exporting' to another filesystem e..g --acl:preserve=[yes|no]

EXPORT will export appdata to a directory or .zip file
IMPORT should do the inverse, import appdata from a directory or .zip file

IMPORT poses additional complications, e.g. if target data exists should we fail, overwrite or merge? Yes, of course (--overwrite:blah)

Add support for LocalCacheFolder, introduced in Windows Phone 8.1 and present in Windows 10 builds.

APPDATA.EXE is a .NET Core 7.0 application. That results in multiple files to run (not just appdata.exe). Make a single-file executable that doesn't need to be 'installed' and can just directly run from a distributed appdata.exe.

Not all packages have ApplicationData (e.g. Main yes, Framework no). Add a new command to enumerate the package families currently registered to the user that do have ApplicationData e.g.

APPDATA.EXE LIST <packagefamilyname>

Verb name = LIST, FIND or...?

Support regular expressions for any packagefamilyname parameter

Support wildcards for any packagefamilyname parameter

Make appdata.exe work on Windows Phone
