Bug: Base tag in HTML element is breaking links about origami-build-service HOT 4 CLOSED

removing the line of code locally seems to make the links work fine, but I do not have context on why it was added initially.

Looks like it had been set for years then was removed and then I bought it back soon after. Looks like I was under the false impression that it would apply to absolute links like /v2/docs/api, for when Build Service is hosted locally, on a heroku domain, or at https://www.ft.com/__origami/service/build/

We should remove it but confirm absolute links are set using the @root.basePath variable...

okay, so it's because of that subdirectory we serve the production version on.

so:

1. update all href="/* to href="{{@root.basePath}}/*
2. remove the <base>

from origami-build-service.

Closing this as looks like #551 fixes the issue
