While I trust you that rolling back MemBus fixes the issue, I do not see any trace of MemBus code in the stack traces. Also, MemBus does not use any native code or does any interop. The only thing that changed was the library being markedas/compiled as pcl library. Right now, I do not have a clue either as tohow the two things could be related.

When you look in the web, the exception has to do with Interop, etc. Please check whether any other library you use uses any calls to external non-.NET libraries. There is no trace in the internet whether this exception can happen in connection with pcl-Libraries.
