Before you would start the React project, you must setup database in MongoDB create free Cluster, mention that in .env

DATABASE_URL=mongodb+srv://<USERNAME>:<PASSWORD>@cluster0.dvs5k.mongodb.net/<CLUSTER_NAME>?retryWrites=true&w=majority

after that in project folder open 2 terminal, one for React and one for Express

npm start

second one

cd server

npm start

afer a while you are free to go :)
