support for global arrays is now available in the new-syntax branch - still need to implement support for field-arrays and varargs from #17

I tink we're up to par with fteqcc now...
ent.(foo[n]) is fully supported - now to allow the ast to recognize (ent.foo)[n] branches (because that's what the expression ends up becoming when not putting anything in parenthesis).

Evil magic now enables ent.foo[n] by simply rotating the syntax tree when applying the operator[] ;)
So once testcases have been added for this we're done - unless they reveal evil satanic bugs!
