Yeah, we have problems with 3G. We will work on this issue this week. Also update NewQuickAction

After NQA updated i compiled the source on my own.
When connecting to server over 3G I get in response a lot of UTF-8 garbage with text in between
��The connection was refused by the host!
Return code is 200 OK.

Update to this:
when I run server on port 8080 it works. It could be my mobile ISP blocking some outgoing ports. I'll investigate.

My mobile ISP does not block any ports but uses some proxy and for some reason proxy killed conenction. After removing proxy from settings it works.
