Describe the solution you'd like
The template should provide the required dependencies to render mermaid.js diagrams. This allows to include visual representations of uml and flow diagrams within narrative content.

First, currently due to changes the layout in comparison with the base template, the lines in the resource tree structures are misaligned. This should be fixed using project specific css elements. See the following image for reference.

Second, the XML, JSON, TTL code blocks do not make use of the full space available.
Third, the footer in Firefox and Safari ist no positioned correctly.

Describe the bug
On the page of any resource the active nav-tab has got a solid bottom border:

To Reproduce
Use the current at-fhir-ig-template within your IG and open any resource's HTML page.

Expected behavior
The active nav-tab should not have a solid bottom border but a transparent one:
