To set up the real estate appraisal software locally, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository:
git clone <repository_url>
- Configure the database: Create a MySQL database and import the provided SQL file located in
<path_to_sql_file>
. - Update database credentials: Open the
config.php
file and update the database credentials with your own. - Start the application: Launch a web server and access the project via the browser.
- Login: Access the login page and enter your credentials to log in to the software.
- Dashboard: Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the dashboard, where you can navigate through various features and options.
- Generate Certificate: To generate a new certificate, navigate to the "Certificate Generation" section and provide the necessary details.
