  2. Differences in expression of indicated genes between skin cutaneous melanomas (SKCM) and uveal melanomas (UVM) from TCGA.
  3. Differences in expression of indicated genes in anti-PD-1 response and anti-PD-1 non-response melanoma from GSE78220.
  4. RNAseq analysis of differential expression genes between control and IFNGR1 knockout group.
