The yellow arrow points at inflections that are very obvious and thus may be intentionally set by the designer.
The disappearing labels are not intentional. It may have to do with the latest updates by Georg, I'll check.

Still no fix on this? It really is a problem with labels not showing, and as of the latest build [3087] has taken a turn for the worse. Instead of just hovering over an arrow to see the label, now one has to click on the arrow to see the label.
