-- In section 3 using 'imperfect commitment' ??

The paper was originally written in Latex using Scientific Word which unfortunately adds lots of its own macros that other Latex editors don't understand. When @jhconning started editing he was using Bakoma Tex which is a 'straight' Latex editor. I moved to that to add pstricks figures and other things that are not easily done with Scientific Word.
So now we have a TEX file that is half shot through with SciWord macros. It can be read in Bakoma Tex but not in scientific Word anymore (perhaps some macros got messed?). The following link on how to move from scientific word to other editors might help

• have we defined Um in Prop 2?

• Add a 'MAP/description before model

• Model section now has graphical analysis arguing that c1P>c1F (easy visual proof) but also need proofs/work to show that c2P-< c0F as rho <=> 1 (or other way around?).

-- also intuitively why is it that when rho is low (intertemporal subtn) is high consumer reduces savings but increases when rho is high.?

• proof that some key results extend to T=4, 5....N period models?
