Sorry for my late response, I have missed the notification. I have created a pull request, removed the default tools and added only Paragraph again.
Although I have added a hint about this to the README file and a short tutorial how users can add their tools back again 🙂

To me it would be more convenient to disable them by default (except for paragraphs) as it’s done in the main lib and import/add only the necessary ones. I think this would match the editorjs way of doing things 🙂.
What’s your opinion about that? I could create a merge request with these changes, even if I am not absolutely sure how to achieve this.
