Periodically fetch prices and data for tracked positions

We are going to need to fetch data from IEXCloud or Yahoo Finance for our tracked positions.

Ideally this ticket will need to fetch all tracked positions (can leave this as a temporary harcoded array of positions for now), add all the information we can get to a table.

We can use Vercel's cronjobs to run this every few hours

Individual portfolio dashboard frontend

Users can access multiple dashboards with customizable settings for each portfolio, showing their earnings, which stocks are the biggest losers and gainers, and news feeds for that portfolio
