Department of disaster management were planned to develop a web application to report all the disasters around western province.by using that web site people can see all the photos, videos and complete report about disasters. accounts were issued to responsible functionaries like police department, grama niladhari and manager of post office to report disaster circumstance in order to necessities of people. there is a report manager in this web site to proof the accuracy of the situation of the disaster. he can edit,accept and repealed the information about the disasters reported by the functionaries. when the report manager reports about the disasters, it appears on the public web in quick time. people can see it through the web page. there is an administrator to create new accounts and edit accounts information in the web page about the report managers and functionaries. beside of their necessities we were added the procedures which should imitate in a disaster situation to the web site. people can get exact information through this web site
