Retro Issue reporting - I believe the Hungarian also crashed due to not having predicted larvae missing from tracks. I fixed the steps of the processing Hungarian cpp

Having fixed the issue of crashing when no larvae appear for a while then we find that the tracker does not reinitialize as new tracked larvae. This can be after a collision, or after larvae go out of view.

Processing some videos during which all larva become untracked I got a SEG fault in OutputGenerator.cpp OutputGenerator::writeLarvaeInverted

where assigments of
signed int midPos = (int) (((larvae.at(0)).getNSpinePoints()-1)/2);

fail because size of larvae vector is not checked.
