ローカルに実行環境をダウンロードするのはなんか好かないので、カスタムテストが使えるならatcoderを使いたかったが、ログインしていないと使えないので別のwebサイトを使おうかな
- ローカルで実行時にはatcoderを使う
- そうでない場合はideone(例)を使うなど
考えられるけど、ンー実際 CircleCIにそれ用のatcoderアカウント作ってアカウント情報格納しててもいいかもしれない?規約を確認する必要がある

@asi1024 とオフライン(?)で議論した結果、カスタムテストはあんましよくなさそうという結論になりました。
そもそも、カスタムテストをこの用途に使うことに関してatcoder側から判断は保留との回答を頂いたので、ローカルに環境をインストールする方向性でいこうと思います。
