Since the time stamp is so close to the date and doesn't have a "unit" it's not clear that e.g. in the attached picture "16:15" is referring to the start time of the event.

we are using djangos default DATETIME_FORMAT which will be set accordingly to the users browser language setting as defined in the de locale.

from a technical perspective we could either use a fixed date format for every language or try to overwrite the de DATETIME_FORMAT.
for reference, the english locale outputs 'Nov. 22, 2017, 12:01 a.m. – Jan. 31, 2018, 6 p.m.'
