I think either the token of your device has changed or the device cannot be reached anymore within your network. I would recommend to double check that.

The device can be reached from the network:
The Xiaomi app can control it
i can ping the device's IP address
The log shows Connected to Fan zhimi.fan.za3
I went through the process to extract the token again. The token has not changed. It is the same as it was before
What now?
