Scrolling is based on <c-e> and <c-y>, so when lines softwrap the scrolling does not work as intended. Scrolls extra, usually, one extra line per wrapped line on screen in the direction of scrolling.

To reproduce, scroll a bunch of lines and then hit z (awaiting the next letter). Hitting zz will stop the scroll as intended, but allowing it to go through will make the speed jump enormously due to a very large dt.

Perhaps limit dt to a set value?

To reproduce:
Open a file with fewer lines than your window size, and use the z mappings.

Some behave as expected, others do not. I believe this issue also happens on larger files, any time near the top or bottom.

There may be a use for this, if anyone wants. I imagine a use case as something like scrolling while scanning a document, then hitting a key to stop the scroll.
