How can I change inner transparent color of CircularProgressBar?

I want to achieve the same effecr, but with two colors that fluently merge into each other. How should i build this?

Is there a way to set the radius of the the progress bar so it looks like the current material design progress bars. Something like this.

I have initialize countdown time, but how to connect this CircleProgressBar with my countdown timer? How to start counting of timer? If I use setProgress animation is not smoot like examples.
