Why there isn't an option to save the files to original urls withouh hashing?
I would love to have my .css and .js files same readable names as:
Url : http://mydomain.com/controller/action
js: http://mydomain.com/controller/action.js
css: http://mydomain.com/controller/action.css
I think this will help the developer better and of course this naming should not include the querystring part of the urls ...
Can this work ?

I definitely see how this can make it difficult for devs to associate which RR files map to which original scripts and CSS. I have thought about maybe including the original path inside the RR file via comments. The hashing of the RR file itself is key to the way RR works in quickly and efficiently finding the right cached file and allowing files to change content and not get stuck in a browser's cache.
One option you should be aware of, but this may not address your issue, is that you can add "rrfilter=disabled" to the querystring of any request and that effectively turns off RR for that single request and allows you to see the original unaltered files.
