TVD needs a csa lib to handle the decoding of crypted services.

I try to build on Debian 8 x64, Ubuntu 16.04 x86, Ubuntu 14.04 x64

Solve to get "EIT" data

Handler that pulls mhw data and spews it as usable EPG

This is an USB dvb-S /S2 tuner that is not Udev discovered and handled.

Some code to pull the ecm traffic and send it to a codebit that can send it trough a subscription card.

And return the dcw data neded for decoding.
