Direct static links have to be changed to use Url Helper, in order for the CMS to work in other than the root directory. This is true also for the start template.

I can do this after I'm done with fixing the main repository. It should be a quick fix in comparison.

When you change the status of a module from inactive to active or vice versa, it does not send a json request so the status after a page refresh is still the same. After searching i found that there is no change event fired in jquery.switcher so admin.js listener $(.switch).switcher().on(change) will never be called. I fixed this temporary by changing switcher.js (line 108) from $input.prop("checked", val) to $input.prop("checked", val).change();. Tested this in chrome and firefox.
