I should have noticed this earlier, but you are clearly using a preempt kernel which is not supported. I'm closing this issue and we'll just track the problem under the generic preempt support bug. Newer versions of ZFS won't let you build if CONFIG_PREEMPT is set so won't get bit by this again, once support does we added we'll drop the configure check.
