Add Page Title fails with invalid HTML in head element

If the head of the document isn't valid, the first task will fail with a message that you didn't add a title tag. It should instead either pass, or fail with a message mentioning that your head isn't valid HTML.

issue: Upon clicking Check my work, all tests are checked, and the build footer at the bottom doesn't change

happens regardless of whether code is correct or not
does not indicate, if code is correct, that you have completed the course (no modal, build footer at bottom of page does not change properly)
progress is not truly updated, e.g., https://app.pluralsight.com/projects/content-tools/settings/users/
no noticeable errors in devtools

I'll ping in slack later on, probably tomorrow. A fairly popular Project I believe as many ensure things are working using this, plus a guide references it, which in turn is referenced from a help modal that pops up
I did, unlike in the screenshot, test out in Chrome with no extensions or no non-default settings ... same issue
