Must make app more resilient to hacking attempts and the changing of the certificates variations being added onto them with malware. @Codingprodigy-tech

Hello,
I'd like to help add ๐น๐ผ Traditional Chinese language support, I saw that there is country_cn
for country name in Simplified Chinese, in the file ProtonVPN/Resources/phone_country_code.geojson
, not sure how what's the proper process to add a language support for country name here?
Thanks!

This kind of tasks would be better done in background, as if the user is not seeing the app, the external information will still be retrieved, for this, it is as simple as changing the DispatchQueue.main
call for DispatchQueue.global
.
Whenever my iPhone connects to ProtonVPN it uses it's own DNS Resolver instead NextDNS which I configured in my iOS settings. This problem isn't there in my Mac.
Proton symbol and my avatar from previous account. I miss its mishevious look. /sad/ Must make new versions of code less able to be succeptable to hack attempts. I.e. MITM attacks and overrides.
Any reason why the ProtonVPN app on iOS does not ask for the 2FA code when logging in? I am simply able to put in my credentials and connect to any free VPN server I would like. ProtonMail on the other hand does ask you for your 2FA code. I just downloaded the app for the first time on my iPhone and noticed this while trying out the free servers. My account does have 2FA enabled and if I go to the ProtonVPN website, it asks me for the code, but the app seems to bypass it.
Expected Result:
ProtonVPN app asks for the 2FA code if enabled during login.
Actual Result:
ProtonVPN bypasses that requirement and logs in without 2FA code.
