Convert separate test project into a XCTest-based test target about swiftytimer HOT 5 OPEN

During this change i'd think it would be good to make 1 target instead multiple we have now (what do you think?).
Also we should keep in mind that test target won't be available for watchOS (i think it's fine since same code can be tested with any other)

My understanding is that you need separate targets to build frameworks for separate platforms. If you can get it to work with Carthage on a single target, that would be great, though.

I've seen this approach in Mapper.
So i think we shouldn't have issues with that
