Rise Token is a smart contract token on the Ethereum platform that is based on the standards of ERC20. Rise Token expands the access of global investors to real estate, and diminishes the entry barrier to investment in real estate and real estate development, which would normally be something difficult to get into. Furthermore, by making use of blockchain technologies, we are able to breath new tech into real estate industry. Particularly, it would allow for the use of tokens in real estate purchasing, P2P rentals, morgage contracts, and real estate management.

Using the technical specification called ERC 20, issue a token that runs on the Ethernet. The issued token is called Rise Token (XRT). This token is used for various purposes.

• By holding the Rise Token (XRT), it becomes possible to access the RISE Wallet and Platform.

• Rise Token (XRT) also has one side as a utility token and will be used on platforms that will be developed on own wallet and collaborate with other third party's projects in the future.

• Rise Token (XRT) holder can benefit from airdrop which will be generated from real estate or crypto transaction profits.

Contracts are written in Solidity and tested using Truffle and Testrpc. Truffle environment is also used to test, compile and deploy smart contracts. For the purpose of security we use zeppelin-solidity library.
