I would like to add code of conduct file as code of conduct is a necessary file which the contributors need to follow so that everyone follows a decorum.

Let me frank with you, I was not able to understand the purpose of your repository and what type of project it is.

This introduction can be made very easy and less time consuming when you add a readme file.

Think of that precious contributors who opened your repository and did not contribute just because they are not able to understand the purpose of this repo,

Hence, presence of readme file is important and I would like to contribute.
