1. Introduce private variables to classes for easier use, and follow this approach:

   Use private variables and only have a parameter for names that relate to the class instance Eg. Name of Student class instance
   When instance is created, check for duplication and if not duplicate, take other info for private vars using methods and add instance to the appropriate data structure

2. Create Data Structures

   Ensure data structures do NOT have duplication
   Data is uniform across all data structures Eg. if something is deleted, it is done across all data structures

3. Utility functions

   Create function to ensure program-wide deletion, addition, updating of information
   Create function to handle exception throwing
   Create __ repr __ function for empirical testing while development

Remove class methods from their definitions and move them to the database file to streamline the uniform updation of data
