First off, this is amazing! I've used this project a bit for WinForms and while it's fully functional, it's exclusively WinForms and not super modern-looking. Every once in a while I hope that someone has put in the effort to build something for Avalonia and now, when I searched again, I find your repo created only 10 days ago! Thank you so much!

Couple things that you might consider adding (while these are arguably up to the user of the control to implement - not necessarily as built-in features - it might be nice for the SampleApp to showcase how they might be implemented):

• Pressing the "Delete" key while an appointment is selected removes the appointment
• Ability to drag & drop appointments to a different time to reschedule
• Ability to "resize" an appointment (drag to resize the top/bottom of the block) to change start/end time

Feel free to "won't fix" or let me know if they're already implemented!
