What's the video hardware? What kind of TV? Are you using component cables?
Composite? etc. Do other loaders/HB look equally low is resolution?

I have not experienced this kind of issue before. Not in games, not in 
homebrew, not 
during bricks, not ever.

I have the default composite cables which ship with the console plugged to my 
standard 
Sony CRT TV. Nothing special with the hardware setup at all. The region is PAL, 
maybe 
that has something to do with it, as I get the same colors as I do when playing 
some 
imports through Gecko OS.

i have the same problem. pal 3.2e, component cables crt tv. even the code dump 
is
pixelated.

Set the wii tv type to 50Hz.  It doesn't work in PAL 60 through component 
cables.
