A basic version of this is now available, in that a fundraiser can go live before any bundles do, and donations can be made to that fundraiser in advance. Once the bundle goes live, donations already in that fundraiser will be used to assign bundles/keys.
Since the "full bundle" is now itself a tier, allowing one game in advance can be done by time-releasing the full-bundle tier and creating a "preorder" tier with no time-release. This can be communicated via copy.
We could potentially do something nicer for that in future if needed.
