We're ready to publish schedules.

With the CFP closed we'll be starting the set the speaker schedule the next week or two. We should get ready to be able to schedule events/presentations in rooms.

Can we made it possible to download a CSV of all the proposals?

If the number of sponsors for given category exceeds the number we can display we would like to rotate through them. This can be done either on each page load, or with them scrolling as they did last year.

Can we add times to the presentation pages?

Can we create a similar page to socallinuxexpo.org/scale10x/video on the 11x site.
We'll want to have it link to a page for each of the rooms on the schedule that I can add javascript/html embed to for the video of that room.

Can we setup google analytics again for the scale 11x site? Our account is UA-26986159-1.

We're working on producing mugs for SCALE attendees. Here is the mug itself. One side will include a DreamHost logo (provided already). The front side would be something SCALE themed. Possibly tux with a guitar again? Other ideas? "SCALE 11x: Turning Open Source Up to 11" is our tag line/theme so we could include that underneath the drawing.

On exhibitor pages currently the booth number shows up under the description. Can we add "Booth Number" in bold in front of it? Currently its unclear what the number is for.

In past year's we've had a media section on the site where we included information on how to register as press, post press releases, etc. Can we set this up again? Thanks.

Shyam and other track organizers will need to be able to contact speakers. How can we expose email address to their? Currently their speaker page does not make that visible.

It would be helpful to allow sorting of CFP papers by track so that we can easily see what proposals across full track are.

The game night is currently listed in all the rooms for Saturday night, this is causing it to be listed multiple times in the XML. This is causing a weird case with the sign software. Can we list in just one room or fix the multiple listings?

The badge is 4" w x 3" h (each badge), and the stock size is the
usual. They want the graphics in .ai or .eps, vector graphics formats.

The art only needs to be on the bottom right insert. The remaining 5 inserts of the sheet will be blank. Remember, the art needs to leave the center of teh badge blank for the name and affiliation (and bar code)

After SCALE we'll want to be able to add video and audio recordings to each page.
Can we add a field for copy/pasting in the html/js for embedding these to each presentation? If one isn't provided, the view should hid the field.

We need to finalize the t-shirt designs for scale 11x so we can get quotes and start sending them off to print.

Shyam will need an easy way to sort by scores so we can figure out the program after the CFP closes.

I believe in the past we the sponsor selection for special events allowed selecting multiple sponsors. This year we have a drop down menu so I can only select one.
