Paste broken in BeejiveIM about btstack HOT 11 CLOSED

One correction: pasting while text is selected does not delete the text, it 
remains
selected and nothing happens after touching Paste.

can you paste in other fileds e.g. Notes?
what "other" extension do you have installed?

I get the same issue as #15 in SMS: paste works once, then nothing.  If I 
switch to 
Notes, paste into the main text area works again, once.  If I quit and restart 
Notes, 
it works again, once.

I can paste into Notes' search box, etc, any number of times.

BeejiveIM doesn't paste even once, however, when it uses its custom widget.  
Its 
standard text entry widgets, for example the text box for entering a new 
buddy's 
screenname, works any number of times.

(This alone seems to indicate this is a dupe of #15 - please merge if you 
agree.)

The only packages I've installed are MobileTerminal and OpenSSH.

to clarify: which iPhone do you use?

if you start Notes and go to single note, you can paste once, but not twice. Is 
this correct? I have a iPhone 3G, 
and can paste as often as I like. Let's try with a standard app like Notes 
first.

That's correct: I can paste once in the main text area of Notes, subsequent 
Pastes do 
nothing.  I can paste into Notes' search box, however, any number of times.

Ok. another if not the same bug was identified. Update will come after the
