Allow users to select whether they want to type using existing keyboard, or with the recommended keyboard for that language.

If they select to use that language's keyboard, all keystrokes will be translated to the appropriate letter. In this way, users will not have to change their system keyboard to type in different languages.

Unfortunately, Dialex is the name of a drug or drug company. The project needs a new (working) name that reflects its purpose.
