Welcome to the Trainer App Frontend repository! This is the frontend part of our trainer application, designed to help you manage your workouts, track progress, and achieve your fitness goals.

Before you begin, make sure you have the following installed:

• React - Our project is built with React, so you'll need it to run the development server and build the application.

1. Clone the repository to your local machine:

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/trainer-app-frontend.git
   cd trainer-app-frontend
   npm install
   npm start

• When you're ready to deploy the app, use the following command to build a production-ready version: npm run build
