Are you sure you're not looking at an old version of a file? F76 is not published as part of the docs now - all references to F76 are commented out in the XML I believe.

Ah, I see. That's apparently because the files in the Fall 2014 branch weren't merged back with the master in producing the docs. That will be happening shortly. We're still getting a handle on our process, so if it seems screwy it might be, but we'll get it straightened out.

In a couple of days the Master will match the published one, and the WG will make changes to the Spring 2015 one once changes are accepted.
