lines 141-142, and 148-149 in maps2d need to be changed to:
u[0] = max((low[0] - src[0])/diff[0],0)
v[0] = min((high[0] - src[0])/diff[0],1)
and
u[1] = max((low[1] - src[1])/diff[1],0)
v[1] = min((high[1] - src[1])/diff[1],1)
respectively.
The computation gave the existence of an intersection with the full line, instead of with the interval between the starting point and the end point. By bounding the lambda values to the region (0,1) this is fixed.
