if i use both plugins on a site i have the TOC problem also for sections with only searchtable tag.

I would like to have the option to make all tables searchable within the wiki.Maybe add a tag later to exclude single tables.

I have the problem, that the backlinks are broken to each from current page linked pages. Example:

After aktivating the plugin the page "Normen_Details_9" is displayed, but the backlink from this page to the current page does no more exist.

The compatibility issue with the plugin "edittable" can be by resolved by adding the following function to syntax.php:

function getAllowedTypes() {return array('container','formatting','substition');}

I din't study the parser modes in detail. I just compared the code with the plugin "sortablejs". They had the same compatibility issues with "edittable" and fixed it in version 2.5.

I checked out this demo page and I would opt for the dropdown menus with predefined filter entries above each collumn header. There is actually a more recent website about this open source project by Max Guglielmi:

Unfortunately, approximately 10 available table related Plugins in Dokuwiki do not offer this functionality. So, your Todo List Entry is still urgent today! Is there any current work in progress? I am asking before I will be starting to dig into this myself. But, since I am not a professional programmer, all I will be able to pull off is a hack! Sorry for that!

We have some tables with groups that are named only once

At the moment searchtable destroys the layout.

unfortunately this plugin does not work under Release 2013-03-06 “Weatherwax RC1”.

A fix would be great.

I tried to work with this but under Binky one input field shows up. If I enter s.th. in to search in the given table, nothing happens. Icompatibility with Binky ? Could you please check ?

Dokuwiki's Extension Manager updates the files but keeps telling "Update: New version 2018-10-12 is available."
