middleearth-sbg's Issues

Create Heroic Actions

Not all heroes can perform all Heroic Actions, so we need to be able to list out which actions each Hero can perform on their profile.

We need to:

  1. Create new Profile Category - "Heroic Action" with a name and description.
  2. Add all the generic Heroic Actions to the Game System for use with heroes.

Update Minas Tirith Army List

AoTLotR, pp. 32-45

Enforce Siege Engine Limits

A siege engine makes up a whole warband on its own. As such the following rules need to be enforce:

  • Max in Force: 1
  • Set Hero min in force to 0
  • Set Hero max in force to 0
  • Set Independant Hero max in force to 0
  • Set Warrior max in force to 0

Enable cross-catalogue validation

Once BattleScribe 2.02 is released, we need to be able to limit army selections so that you can't have an army with (for example) Gandalf the Grey (The Fellowship) and Gandalf the White (Minas Tirith).

This is waiting for the cross-catalogue reference feature in 2.02 before we can implement however.

Limit Independent Hero Count based on tier of Hero in the Warband

Independent heroes already reduce the number of Warriors allowed in a warband ( #33 ), but you can take more "generic" independent heroes than a hero can lead. They should follow the same limits as Warriors:

  • Tier 1: 18
  • Tier 2: 15
  • Tier 3: 12
  • Tier 4: 6
  • Each warrior in the warband should reduce the allowed count by 1.

Create Hero classes

At the moment units can be Warrior or Hero\Independant Hero which adds Might, Will and Fate.

However the different levels of Hero define the number of units allowed in their Warband, as well as:

  • Hero of Legend gets the "Last Stand" rule.

Update Arnor Army List

The existing Arnor army list needs to be updated to meet the new points, characteristics and other features for this edition.
AoTLotR, pp. 56-59

Update Numenor Army List

The existing Numenor army list needs to be updated to meet the new points, characteristics and other features for this edition.
AoTLotR, pp. 28-31

Limit Warrior Count based on tier of Hero in the Warband

The tier of Hero ("of Legend", "of Fortitude", etc.) determines the number of warriors allowed in warband:

  • Tier 1: 18
  • Tier 2: 15
  • Tier 3: 12
  • Tier 4: 6
  • Tier 5: count towards another hero's followers.

Other considerations:
Tier 4 heroes cannot be the army's leader.
Tier 1 heroes that are the army's leader gain the Last Stand rule.

Update Moria Army List
